FLAT 'N FAST 7

Flat ‘N Fast returns to Linlithgow on Saturday 19th September, for its biggest and best edition yet! Flat ‘N Fast 7 will consist of:

7x5k races for u16 athletes and above.
2x3k races for u14 and u12 athletes
Mixed relay (1 lap per athlete) consisting of 2 male and 2 female athletes for u16 and above.

Please note race transfers and refunds are not available for this event.
