The Athlete Springboard is our dedicated pathway for helping emerging talent reach the next level. Designed to identify potential, accelerate development, and open doors to new opportunities, the Springboard connects athletes with the resources and support they need to succeed.

The Athlete Springboard opens for applications on 16/11/2026 following the recent graduation of Meg Gadsby (2025/6) who has signed with HOKA.
